Normal AirMail outside Singapore - SGD 2.00 - delivery time 4 to 8 working days
Registered AirMail outside Singapore - SGD 4.50 - delivery time 5 to 10 working days

De Charme advises the buyer to opt for the Registered Mail option to avoid your purchases being lost in transit.
We will email the Registered Mail tracking number to the buyer.

We will not be responsible for items lost in transit under Normal Mail.
Goods sold are non returnable, please be assured that all crystal jewelry go through stringent checks and are carefully packed before delivery. We put the crystal jewelry in our pochette provided, seal it in zip lock bag, and send the crystal jewelry in brown bubble pack to your designated address.
We will not be held liable for damaged / mishandling during the delivery.

The buyer shall pay for the delivery costs of the return to De Charme (please ensure that the items are adequately packed so that they are not damaged during return transit) and redelivery to the buyer.
De Charme is not liable for any import duties and taxes levied by the jurisdiction of the delivery address outside Singapore.
